1. Envy (Empty Coffin #1) by Gregg Olsen - SO suspenseful also the author lives in the same state as me. So cool!

 

2. Stitch (Stitch Trilogy #1) by Samantha Durante - Interesting dystopian :) (My Review Here)

 

3. Half-Blood (Covenant #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout - AH!! I love this series. Such a good book. (My Review Here)

 

4. Pure (Covenant #2) by Jennifer L. Armentrout - Ahhhhh! Loved this one too.

 

5. Bitter Blood (The Morganville Vampires #13) by Rachel Caine - Rachel Caine really can do no wrong in my eyes.

 

6. The Goddess Test (Goddess Test #1) by Aimee Carter - Not a horrible book by I wish it was a little better. (My Review Here)

 

7. Hidden (Hidden Series #1) by M. Lathan - I was a tour stop for this book and I am so glad because it was amazing. (My Review Here)

 

8. Poison (Legacy #2) by Molly Cochran - I love any book about witches so of course I loved this one. But the first was still better :)

 

9. Die for Me (Revenants #1) by Amy Plum - One of my biggest disappointments of the year so far.... (My Review Here)

 

10. Identity Theft by Anna Davies - In interesting thriller :) (My Review Here)

Top Ten Tuesday #8: Books at the Top of My Summer TBR List

1. Between the Devil and the Deep Blue by April Genevieve Tucholke - This book need no futher expalnation, I know you guys have probably heard about already from everyone!

2. Beautiful Redemption (Caster Chronicles #4) by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl - This has been on my TBR FOREVER!!!! I really hope to get to finish the series this summer :)

3. Dead Silence (The Body Finder #4) by Kimberly Derting - Another series I hope to finish this summer.

4. Fall of Night (The Morganville Vampires #14) by Rachel Caine - UHG! I can't believe I have not read this yet but I need to.

5. Insurgent (Divergent #2) by Veronica Roth - This book came out a really long time ago so I need to read, so I can be ready for the third book :)

6. Boundless (Unearthly #3) by Cynthia Hand - Another book series I NEED to finish.

7. Requiem (Delerium #3) by Lauren Oliver - The reviews for this book haven't been great but I still want to read it. 

8. The Rising (Darkness Rising #3) by Kelley Armstrong - Another unfinished trilogy. 

9. Perfect Scoundrals (Heist Society #3) by Ally Carter - Love these books can't wait to read this one:)

10. Chosen at Night Fall (Shadow Falls #5) by C.C. Hunter - once again another series needing to be finished (sorry I know theres a lot!).

Top Ten Tuesday #7: Beach Reads (YOU Define!)

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week has a different theme, this weeks Top Ten Tuesday is Beach Reads (YOUR DEFINITION).

MY Definition of a Beach Read: To me a beach read doesn't necessarily have to be about summer, the beach or vacation houses. To me it just has to be light and fun. Something that makes me laugh and smile, not angry, sad and disappointed!

1. The Bloodlines Series by Richelle Mead - This isn't the first time I've talked about these books on my TTT but what can I say, they make me sill happy :)

2. A Random Chik Lit. Book by Random Author - Every summer I have to go to the library and pick out a very summery book, one was actually called Summer Boys. It's like the book equivalent of a romantic comedy.

3. The Clique Series by Lisi Harrison - Love these books reminds me of middle school, oh how easy things were.....

4. Secrets of my Hollywood Life Series by Jen Calonita - Another Chick Lit. series I love but the last three have been on my TBR FOREVER.

5. The Magic in Manhattan by Sarah Mlynowski - Sadly the series has ended now but every once in a while I go back to read it, its just the type of book that makes you smile.

Sorry guys only top five this week. I wish I had more time but I've got so much to do for my finals this week. On the bright side my high school graduation is this Saturday. EEEEE!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

1. 13 Little Blue Envelopes by Maureen Johnson - I read this book a couple of years ago and LOVED it! A very light and fun read :)

2. The Last Little Blue Envelope (Little Blue Envelope #2) by Maureen Johnson - OK. But not as good as the first one.

3. Heist Society Series by Ally Carter - Love Love Love this series, lots of traveling.

4. Fall of Night (Morganville Vampires #14) by Rachel Caine - Claire leaves Morganville so it counts ;)

5. City of Glass (The Mortal Instruments #3) by Cassandra Clare - The City of Glass definitely counts as traveling, even though its not a real place...

6. City of Lost Souls (The Mortal Instruments #5) by Cassandra Clare - Also cool magical traveling in this one! 

7. Spells (Wings #2) by Aprilynne Pike - Do magical fairy worlds count?

8. Strange Angels Series by Lili St. Crow - GREAT series and LOTS of action. The main character moves around a lot. Easily one of my favorite series!

9. Kiss of Death (Morganville Vampires #9) by Rachel Caine -  Seriously I mention these books so much on here, Rachel Caine needs to start paying me ;)

10. Magic Tree House Series by Mary Pope Osborne - This was my absolute FAVORITE series when I was in elementary school, its about a brother and sister who time travel :)

Top Ten Tuesday #5: Favorite Book Covers of Books I've Read

1. Bloodlines (Bloodlines #1) by Richelle Mead - I love the cover of all these books. Why? Because there's always a cute guy on the front of course! Actually gets a little distracting...

2.Wither by Lauren Destefano - Ugh, the covers are so magical and gorgeous.

3.Identity Theft by Anna Davies - This cover is so creepy and scary movie like, definitely what attracted me to the book. 

4.Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer - Say what you want about these books, the covers are awesome!

Top Ten Tuesday #4: Books Dealing with Tough Subjects

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week has a different theme, this weeks is Top Ten Tuesday is book dealing with tough subjects. If you don't want to cry while reading a book than don't read any of these.

1. Living Dead Girl by Elizabeth Scott (Kidnapping/Abuse) - This book is about a girl who gets kidnapped when shes 10 and  it is just heartbreaking.

2. The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold (Murder) - I liked the movie but it does not do the book justice.

3. Identical by Ellen Hopkins (Abuse) - Told in the original view by the writer. And has a promising ending for the character.

4. 13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher (Suicide) - A girl tells the 13 reasons why she killed herself to the people she feels are responsible. Very original and interesting.

5. Burned by Ellen Hopkins - I'm... pretty sure everything she writes is sad.

6. How to Save a Life by Sara Zarr (Abuse/Teen Pregnancy) - Is sad at first, but actually has a really sweet ending!

7. The Probability of Miracles by Wendy Wunder (Cancer)  - There's not a lot of books that I learn lessons from but I learned something from this book.

8. A Lesson Before Dying by Ernest J. Gaines (Prejudice) - Required reading at my school, one of the few that I liked 

9. My Sisters Keeper by Jodi Picoult (Cancer) - The twist ending had me broken up for weeks afterwords.

10. To Kill a Mocking Bird by Harper Lee (Prejudice) - Another school required reading that I loved!

Top Ten Tuesday #3: Books When I Need Something Light and Fun

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week has a different theme, this weeks is Top Ten books when you need something light and fun. Usually when I'm looking for just a fun read I try to stay away from paranormal books. I don't know why but I always get too emotionally attached to emotionally attached to the paranormal (I know I'm weird!).

1.The Clique Series by Lisi Harrison - These books are kinda like Gossip Girl but for younger readers. Their actually a little too young for me now but when I was in middle school and I wanted to take a break from all the vampire books I would read these.

2. The Gallagher Girls Series by Ally Carter - Another book about an unusual teenage girl but this time... a spy. The last two books have gotten a bit darker but still a fun read.

3.  Heist Society by Ally Carter - I just love these books. Love the characters, love that the setting always changes. It's about a 16-year-old girl whose a thief but a good one. And it's just great.

4. Shadow Falls Series by C.C Hunter - This is a paranormal book and pretty large in size but it's still a light and fun read.

5. The Mediator Series by Meg Cabot - I think that I might be the only person who know that these books exist. I remember reading them in middle school and I really liked them.

 

6. The It Girl Series by Cecily Von Ziegesar - This spin - off  series of Gossip Girl has ended but it was a really fun read and the books were only 200 pages.

7. Poseur Series by Rachel Maude - I used to love any book that was centered around fashion so these still have a special place in my heart.

8. The Ghost and the Goth by Stacy Kay - Just a fun book, nothing else to say.

9.Magic in Manhattan Series by Sarah Mlynowski - About two sisters who find out that there witches. I love books about witches, these books are so cute. 

10.Vampire Kisses Series by Ellen Schreiber - Kinda silly but in a fun way!

Wow! I don't think anyone has heard of any of these books. Oh well!

Top Ten Tuesday #2: Books I Thought I Would Like More/Less Than I Did

Top Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the people at The Broke and the Bookish. This weeks theme is top ten books I thought I'd like More/Less than I did.

Sorry, kinda confusing I know.

1. The Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor (More) - I'm not saying that I didn't like this book because I did like the book. But when it came out there was so much hype around it, that I thought I was going to enjoy more than I did. 

2. The Gallagher Girls Series by Ally Carter (Less) - I had read Heist Society before I read these books so I thought that The Gallagher Girls series would not be as good but I ended up loving it even more than Heist Society.

3. Morganville Vampire Series by Rachel Caine (Less) - I talk about these books a lot but that's because they are so good. Before I had read it I thought that I wouldn't like the books because I did not like the covers. 

4. Bloodlines Series by Richelle Mead (Less) - I don't usually like spin-offs but I love the series and its characters.

5. Every House of Night by P.C and Kristin Cast book after Hunted (More) -  I loved

 the House of Night books (#1-5) but after that... I couldn't even finish the books.

    6.  The Wolves of Mercy Falls Trilogy by Maggie Stiefvater (More) - Another one of those books that had a lot of hype, but in my opinion did not really live up to it.

7.  The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare (Less) - I still like The Mortal Instruments a little bit more but I really liked this series. Unfortunately I still haven't read the third book yet.

      8. Gone Series by Michael Grant (Less) - I don't remember why I didn't think that I would  like it, but it was way better than my expectations.

9. Hex Hall by Rachel Hawkins (Less) - I saw this book in my library for a long time before I actually read it. But really liked it.

     10. The Body Finder Series by Kimberly Derting (Less) - These books are just awesome, what else can I say?

Top Ten Tuesday #1: Rewind

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the lovely ladies at The Broke and the Bookish. This week is rewind week, so I got to go through all the past themes(and let me tell you theres a lot) and  I finally chose one I really liked. Favorite Book Characters. Characters have always been a deciding factor on whether or not I like a book, if I don't like the charaters then I won't like the book. So here are 10 of my favorites.

1. Alice Cullen from Twilight- Look I know there's a lot of hate behind Twilight and even I have to admit that it does not have the best writing but Alice will always remain one of my favorite characters. No matter what was happening in the book her bubbly personality always made me smile.

2. Claire Danvers from Morganville Vampires- If you don't already know, I love these books and a large part of that is due to my love for the main character Clarie. She's smart, resourceful and most imortantly does not need anyone else to protect her.

3. Adrian Ivashkov from Vampire Acadamy and Bloodlines- Not much to say on this one, just that I wish he was real....and my boyfriend.

4. Eve Rosser from Morganville Vampires- Gotta love Eve. She along with another character in the book are used fo comic relief so it's hard not to love a funny character.

5. Rebecca Baxter from Gallagher Girls- She's British and she kicks butt, 'nough said.       

6. Bryn from Raised by Wolves- She's one of the strongest characters i've read about, and she's willing to do anything to protect the people she loves.   

7. Tod Hudson from Soul Screamers- I just wanna say I was Team Tod from the very begining, not only is he hot but also charming and funny.

8. Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games- I think all my favs are favs becuase they're tough in some way or another. This girl goes through so much and survives through all of it and all because of trying to save her sister.  

9. Clary Fray from The Mortal Instruments- Clary is awsome, although it sometimes gots on my nerves how much she obsesses over Jace, still all is foregiven. 

10. Jace Wayland from The Mortal Instruments- Ah, Jace the ultimate  tortured love interest. No matter how much I wanted to hate him sometimes his hilarious banter with Calry always got to me.
